William Wordsworth was one of the most influential of English Romantic poets. Wordsworth's magnum opus is considered to be The Prelude, a semiautobiographical poem of his early years which he revised and expanded a number of times. As a young man, Wordsworth developed a love of nature, a theme reflected in many of his poems.
“ The best portion of a good man's life is his little, nameless, unremembered acts of kindness and of love”
